Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of AI engineers in the development and deployment of AI agents and applications
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI architecture, algorithms, and implementation strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI project requirements and technical specifications
- Ensure adherence to best practices in AI development, including model validation, testing, and ethical considerations
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and methodologies to drive innovation
- Oversee the entire AI development lifecycle from concept to deployment and maintenance
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
- Communicate technical concepts and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with AI agent development and AI-powered application implementation
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex AI projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies
