- Oversee implementation of continuous improvement programs across all clinic branches
- Ensure consistent application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage operational projects from conception to completion with measurable outcomes
- Conduct operational audits and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and deliver staff training programs on SOPs and improvement methodologies
- Collaborate with department heads to align improvement initiatives with business goals
- Generate regular performance reports and improvement recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational management or continuous improvement roles
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
- Experience developing and implementing SOPs in healthcare or service industries
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Proven leadership skills with experience in staff training and mentorship
- Proficiency in operational management software and data analysis tools
