Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate cutting team operations to meet production targets
- Implement quality control protocols to ensure precision in cutting processes
- Train and develop cutting staff on equipment operation and safety procedures

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing cutting operations
- Proven leadership experience supervising production teams
- Strong technical knowledge of cutting machinery and processes
- Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Proficiency in production planning software
