Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company regulations (PP/PKB).
- Coordinate industrial relations activities and maintain positive communication with employee representative bodies.
- Advise management on performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures in accordance with legal standards.
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives to improve employee morale and retention.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all ER/IR-related cases.
- Stay updated on local labor regulations and industry best practices to mitigate organizational risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, preferably in the retail industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan) and industrial relation practices.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
