- Supervise daily estate operations including cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting activities
- Manage labor resources, schedules, and productivity across field teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Prepare detailed operational reports for management review and decision-making
- Support budgeting processes through expense monitoring and cost optimization
- Assist in field audits to assess operational efficiency and compliance
- Implement best agricultural practices to enhance crop yield and sustainability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agriculture, Plant Science, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in palm oil estate or agricultural operations
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership skills in managing field teams and labor resources
- Proficiency in reporting systems and data analysis for operational insights
- Ability to work in field environments under varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
