Lippo Karawaci is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager for General Procurement & General Affairs to join our team in Karawaci. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our non-merchandise procurement strategy, ensuring that our retail grocery operations run seamlessly while optimizing costs and maintaining the highest standards of office and facilities management.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements that directly impact our bottom line. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end non-merchandise procurement processes, from vendor selection and bidding to contract negotiation and final delivery.
- Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions including building maintenance, office supplies management, and facility compliance.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to ensure optimal budget utilization across all retail operational support functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely service, quality compliance, and competitive pricing.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance through regular audits and KPI tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify and fulfill logistical and facility-related requirements promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement activities, operational expenses, and budget forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in General Procurement or General Affairs, specifically within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing high-value service and supply contracts.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations in an operational environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams and coordinate with external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
