Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities for direct and indirect healthcare categories, including medical devices, consumables, and facility services.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts and service level agreements with local and global suppliers.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure supply continuity.
  • Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost reduction and innovation opportunities.
  • Monitor supplier performance against key KPIs, addressing non-compliance and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to organizational policies, corporate governance, and healthcare regulations.
  • Mentor and guide junior procurement team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Prepare regular procurement dashboards and reports for senior management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior executive capacity within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in contract negotiation and strategic sourcing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPM, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
