Securindo Packatama Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager Inventory Control to join our growing manufacturing and logistics team. In this critical role, you'll optimize inventory operations, ensure supply chain efficiency, and contribute to our operational excellence in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily inventory operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Analyze inventory data to identify optimization opportunities and cost reduction strategies
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure inventory alignment
- Train and mentor inventory staff on best practices and system utilization
- Develop reports on inventory metrics and KPIs for management review
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree from any major with minimum GPA 2.75
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Minimum 1 year experience in inventory management or logistics
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or ERP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Leadership potential and team management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to work in manufacturing environment
