Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and transport partners to streamline the supply chain flow.
- Develop and implement SOPs to enhance operational safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the warehouse team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for upper management.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and safety standards across all logistical activities.
- Identify process bottlenecks and introduce continuous improvement initiatives to minimize operational downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Solid understanding of supply chain safety regulations and inventory management best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced contract environment and adapt to changing operational needs.
