Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for infrastructure development initiatives, from conceptualisation to handover.
- Conduct comprehensive site identification, evaluation, and detailed feasibility studies for potential development sites.
- Coordinate and facilitate inter-agency consultations and secure necessary approvals from various governmental bodies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and community representatives.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee procurement processes, contractor selection, and contract management for development projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all infrastructure projects adhere to relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in infrastructure development, construction project management, or urban planning.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's regulatory landscape and inter-agency processes related to land use and development.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting feasibility studies, site analysis, and project planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Experience in tendering and contract administration will be an advantage.
