- Underwrite and execute investment transactions for logistics and commercial real estate assets
- Develop financial models, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections for potential acquisitions
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence including market analysis, legal review, and risk assessment
- Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting investments
- Coordinate with legal, valuation, and property management teams during transaction processes
- Support post-acquisition activities including portfolio performance monitoring and optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment, investment banking, or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Argus, or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends
- Experience in commercial real estate transactions, particularly logistics/industrial assets
- CFA or FRM designation highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly
- Knowledge of Singapore real estate market regulations and investment landscape
