As a key player in our manufacturing operations, you will lead the strategic sourcing efforts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the seamless flow of raw materials required to maintain our high production standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure timely acquisition of materials.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, from vendor selection and price negotiation to contract management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices to provide actionable insights for cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure inventory levels meet operational demands.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports and KPIs for senior management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international standards in all procurement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships and solve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
