Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
- Oversee team performance and ensure service quality standards are met
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in both Indonesian and Mandarin
- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Train and mentor junior staff on operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management or supervisory role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with logistics operations and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
