Dgas Alam Semesta is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Operations to join our team in Majalengka, Jawa Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the right hand to our Operations Manager, playing a crucial role in overseeing the efficiency, safety, and reliability of our gas processing plant operations.
You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, ensuring strict adherence to industrial safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that align with our production goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Operations Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating the daily operational activities of the gas processing plant.
- Oversee strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies to ensure a zero-incident work culture.
- Monitor and analyze plant performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
- Supervise shift teams and foster a culture of professional development and technical competence.
- Prepare regular operational reports, identifying key trends and proposing actionable solutions to senior management.
- Participate in the budgeting process and manage operational costs to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Ensure that all plant operations comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Industrial) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in gas processing, oil & gas, or heavy manufacturing operations.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or management support role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety protocols (ISO, SMK3, or equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a technical mindset and ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CMMS or plant management software.
- Willingness to be based in Majalengka, Jawa Barat.
