Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production master schedules based on sales forecasts and material availability.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock rotation and minimize carrying costs.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and warehouse departments to prevent bottlenecks and downtime.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Schedule Adherence, Inventory Accuracy, and Order Fulfillment rates.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve production throughput and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports for management on production performance and supply chain variances.
- Supervise and mentor the PPIC team to ensure high-performance standards are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Planning within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth understanding of material requirements planning (MRP) and capacity planning techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience managing a small-to-mid-sized team.
