Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the procurement team to ensure high-efficiency operations and departmental goal achievement.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for spare parts, specifically for marine vessels, heavy trucks, and agricultural/plantation machinery.
- Negotiate master service agreements and pricing contracts with key domestic and international suppliers to maximize cost savings.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
- Oversee inventory replenishment processes and coordinate with maintenance departments to minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct regular performance audits of vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Prepare detailed procurement reports and analytics for upper management to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Proven technical expertise in sourcing and procurement of spare parts for ships, trucks, and heavy plantation machinery.
- Strong background in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation within the Indonesian market.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
