We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Assistant Manager (Production) to join our manufacturing team in Jawa Barat. In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone of our production floor, bridging the gap between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day manufacturing excellence.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle, utilizing data-driven insights from previous performance cycles to optimize current workflows. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can balance resource allocation, inventory management, and manpower scheduling to ensure we meet and exceed our future production targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules based on sales forecasts and historical manufacturing data.
- Monitor and control daily production outputs to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Analyze production performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen).
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts between supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance teams.
- Manage production budgets, including resource allocation and materials utilization, to minimize wastage.
- Supervise and mentor floor supervisors to maintain a high-performance, safety-conscious work environment.
- Prepare detailed reports on production variances and operational effectiveness for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory or management capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning processes, ERP systems, and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse production teams.
- Solid understanding of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards in a factory environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
