Haeng Nam Sejahtera Indonesia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to oversee our Production, Maintenance, and Process Engineering departments in Bogor Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between strategic planning and floor operations, ensuring that our production lines run at peak efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and budget compliance.
As our Assistant Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and spearhead preventive maintenance programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and control production budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and resource optimization.
- Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
- Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for all manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Analyze existing production processes and implement engineering improvements to increase throughput and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety regulations and environmental standards are strictly followed.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports on production performance, maintenance expenditures, and departmental KPIs.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and maintenance technicians.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical expertise in machinery maintenance and production process optimization.
- Proficiency in using ERP software and analytical tools for production monitoring and budget management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse technical teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English for technical documentation.
