Tanggung Jawab
- Support the planning and execution of NRP initiatives aligned with national robotics strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional partnerships between research institutes, industry partners, and government agencies
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful programme outcomes
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify robotics innovation opportunities
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and technology adoption across industry sectors
- Develop progress reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication frameworks for programme activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in programme management, project coordination, or technical operations
- Strong understanding of robotics, automation, or emerging technology landscapes
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with government grant management or public sector initiatives is highly advantageous
