Askara Internal is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager for Quality & Engineering to join our manufacturing team in Cikarang Pusat. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance and engineering team to achieve daily production targets.
- Implement and monitor strict quality control protocols throughout the plastic injection and finishing processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for any non-conforming products and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with the production department to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce material waste.
- Ensure full compliance with industry-standard certifications and internal safety protocols.
- Supervise equipment maintenance schedules and engineering upgrades to ensure maximum uptime.
- Prepare regular quality performance reports and present improvement strategies to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a Quality Assurance or Engineering role within the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of plastic injection molding processes, material properties, and quality testing tools.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using analytical software and reporting tools (MS Office/ERP systems).
- Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for identifying defects and process inefficiencies.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
