- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels

- Implement warehouse safety protocols and compliance procedures
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training and performance management

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
