Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Production Manager in scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring daily manufacturing workflows to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement to prevent production delays.
- Supervise shop floor activities and ensure all assembly and manufacturing processes adhere to strict quality standards.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and output.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all production staff comply with company safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate production logs, documentation, and reports in the ERP or inventory management system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or coordination role (experience in IoT or electronics manufacturing is a plus).
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in ERP software, MS Office (particularly Excel), and data entry tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Residing in or willing to work in Tangerang Selatan, Banten.
