We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our retail development projects. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of store construction and renovation activities, ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the bridge between our internal teams and external contractors, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any operational challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of retail store construction and renovation projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project timelines and schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and progress updates for management.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary permits and approvals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management, specifically within the retail, construction, or property development industry.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
