PT Dali Foods Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Assistant Purchasing (Exim - Mandarin Speaker) to support our international trade operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain by managing the procurement of materials and coordinating with Mandarin-speaking suppliers. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end purchasing process for Export-Import (Exim) activities, ensuring timely material availability.
- Communicate with suppliers and clients in Mandarin regarding order status, specifications, and negotiation terms.
- Review and verify international shipping documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Monitor global market prices and identify potential new suppliers to improve procurement quality and cost.
- Coordinate with logistics and customs departments to ensure smooth clearance and delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records in the system.
- Support the Purchasing Manager in preparing reports and analyzing purchasing performance data.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) with strong English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in purchasing or Exim operations within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail in documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
