Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer service
- Create and manage staff schedules for kitchen and counter crew based on business needs
- Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in financial management including cost control and budget adherence
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently across all operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in restaurant management or assistant management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
