Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new international markets and expand existing client accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead complex price negotiations and contract drafting for export-import operations.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure seamless movement of goods and timely delivery.
- Monitor global market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities for the company.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior management.
- Bridge communication gaps between local production teams and Mandarin-speaking international partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export-import sales, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, customs regulations, and international trade laws.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to be based in Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
