Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for orthopedic products.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and individual growth.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, surgeons, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to management to track progress.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and promotional activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, sales processes, and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the medical device or orthopedic sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel for business meetings and client visits.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
