Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets within modern market channels.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities tailored for Balikpapan and Samarinda's modern trade.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key accounts, store managers, and distributors in the modern retail sector.
- Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and merchandising standards in all assigned modern market outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities, gather feedback, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product availability and impactful campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role, specifically within modern trade/FMCG.
- Strong understanding of the modern retail landscape in Balikpapan and Samarinda, with established networks a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations).
