Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet targets
- Ensure the boutique maintains the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism
- Manage inventory control, including stock receiving, transfers, and loss prevention
- Assist in visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping experience
- Participate in store events and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion
- Previous experience in an assistant or deputy store manager role preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Deep knowledge of luxury retail operations and customer service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS technology
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
