As an Assistant Supervisor, you are the backbone of our floor operations. You will support the Store Manager in driving retail excellence, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience, and leading a diverse team of retail associates. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with Watsons' global retail standards and SOPs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate floor staff to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock receiving, replenishment, and conducting regular stocktakes to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and professionally resolve customer inquiries or feedback.
- Supervise Point of Sale (POS) operations, cash handling, and daily banking procedures.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies and promotional setups to drive store footfall and conversion.
- Assist in staff scheduling and performance appraisals to maintain optimal floor coverage and productivity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment for both customers and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of an SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Deep interest in health, beauty, and personal care products.
- Proven ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure in a high-traffic environment.
- Flexible and willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with retail POS systems.
