Join Berill as an Assistant Supervisor Research & Development and play a pivotal role in our innovation strategy. In this dynamic position, you will work closely with the Senior Supervisor to oversee daily operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. You will be at the forefront of our manufacturing excellence, driving the development of new products and implementing critical improvements to existing product lines. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Supervisor in managing daily R&D operations and coordinating with the production team.
- Lead experimental trials and prototype testing for new product concepts.
- Analyze test data to optimize product formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with strict safety and quality regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, formulas, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Train junior staff and interns on proper laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial) or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in R&D, quality control, or a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and technical reports.
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to supervise a small team effectively.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Indonesian.
