Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage space to improve picking efficiency and material flow.
- Prepare regular operational reports, including KPI tracking, labor costs, and shipping performance.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with the logistics and procurement departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of shipments.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/5S).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Odoo).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory control techniques and warehouse safety regulations.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding warehouse environment.
- Professional proficiency in Indonesian; English communication skills are a significant plus.
