Macquarie Group is a leading global financial services group providing banking, advisory, and investment services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our dynamic Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team in Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, marketing, and executing a broad range of equity transactions. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, managing the full lifecycle of equity offerings including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Follow-on Offerings (FPOs), and secondary market transactions. Your expertise will drive revenue generation and strengthen our market position in Southeast Asia while mentoring junior team members to achieve their professional goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end execution of equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, SEOs, and equity-linked products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders in the Indonesian market.
- Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities and advise clients on optimal capital raising strategies.
- Prepare and present high-quality pitch decks, investment memoranda, and valuation models to prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts and associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Trading, Legal, and Risk Management, to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Monitor regulatory developments and market trends to provide strategic insights and competitive positioning for the firm.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Advisory, preferably within a top-tier global bank.
- Proven track record of successfully executing significant equity transactions in the Southeast Asian region.
- Strong understanding of capital markets products, regulatory frameworks, and IPO processes specific to Indonesia.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA, CA, CPA) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
