We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to lead our Middle Office operations at MUFG Investor Services in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee the trade operations lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in settlements, effective risk management, and strict regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Middle Office team to ensure seamless trade operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and mitigate operational risks while ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Front Office and Back Office teams to resolve trade discrepancies and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve performance and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders regarding trade operations and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Middle Office, Trade Operations, or Investment Banking operations.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trade lifecycle, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC).
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in banking systems and MS Office Suite.
