We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Executive, Procurement to join our dynamic team in the West Region. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of goods receipt within the Protected Health Information (PHI) framework. You will act as a key enabler in our supply chain operations, ensuring that all incoming medical essentials are tracked, verified, stored, and distributed with the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end goods receipt process, ensuring accuracy in quantity, quality, and documentation.
- Execute data entry and system updates in ERP systems (SAP) to maintain real-time inventory visibility.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery discrepancies or quality issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to PHI and data protection regulations in all procurement activities.
- Support inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and stock adjustments to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in vendor onboarding, document management, and contract administration.
- Prepare and analyse periodic procurement reports for management review and process improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise supply chain workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with goods receipt and ERP systems (preferably SAP or Oracle).
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and data confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
