Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and grow a designated portfolio of Priority Clients by providing tailored financial solutions.
  • Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell relevant wealth management and banking products.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to optimize asset allocation and achieve client goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS guidelines).
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver holistic financial advisory services.
  • Meet and exceed individual targets for revenue generation, asset under management (AUM) growth, and client acquisition.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and economic developments to provide informed advice.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Advisory within the banking industry.
  • Strong track record in managing and growing high-net-worth client portfolios.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, insurance, and wealth planning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a client-first mindset.
  • Relevant industry certifications (CMFAS M5, M8, M9, M9A, HI) are required or must be obtained within probation.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
