Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of autonomous cleaning robots at various client locations across Singapore.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and repair of mechanical and electronic robotic components.
- Calibrate and maintain advanced sensor suites, including LIDAR, ultrasonic sensors, and depth cameras.
- Execute software updates and firmware patches while monitoring system performance through internal dashboards.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to provide field feedback and data-driven insights for hardware and software improvements.
- Provide technical training and support to client staff to ensure seamless robot operation and safety.
- Document technical issues, maintenance logs, and deployment reports meticulously.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in robotics deployment, maintenance, or field engineering.
- Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++ is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) and Linux/Unix environments.
- Hands-on experience with electronic circuits, soldering, and mechanical assembly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in field settings.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centric attitude.
