Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial operations? Macquarie Group is seeking a dynamic Associate, Wealth Solutions Operations to join our Fund Management team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as an integral member of the Wealth Solutions division, playing a key part in supporting the day-to-day operational activities that drive our investment strategies and client service excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and support the end-to-day operations of the Wealth Solutions portfolio, ensuring seamless execution of investment processes.
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of financial statements, reports, and investment data for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions and ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fund managers, risk management, and compliance, to resolve operational queries and improve workflows.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and perform variance analysis to identify trends or discrepancies.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new investment mandates and accounts.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in wealth management operations, fund administration, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and operational workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or internal portfolio management systems).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
