- Conduct comprehensive internal audits to verify financial compliance and operational efficiency
- Analyze financial records and transactions for accuracy and adherence to accounting standards
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for process improvement
- Identify control weaknesses and implement mitigation strategies for financial risks
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve audit findings
- Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation of audit procedures and outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing
- CPA license strongly preferred
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Philippine auditing standards and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit timelines
