Tanggung Jawab
- Support Australian Financial Advisers in the end-to-end implementation of financial strategies.
- Assist in the preparation and collation of documents for Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA).
- Liaise with Australian product providers (Insurance, Superannuation, and Investment platforms) to track application statuses.
- Maintain and update client records within CRM systems such as Xplan, Midwinter, or Salesforce.
- Manage the annual review process, including the preparation of Fee Disclosure Statements (FDS) and Opt-In notices.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in strict accordance with Australian compliance standards and internal KPIs.
- Proactively communicate with advisers regarding pending requirements and workflow updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Australian Financial Planning administration or Paraplanning support.
- Proficiency in Australian financial software (e.g., Xplan, Midwinter, or AdviserLogic) is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Australian financial products including Superannuation, SMSF, and Risk Insurance.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills suited for a professional corporate environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote/WFH environment with a reliable internet connection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
