Coramax Mall Sdn Bhd is currently seeking disciplined and vigilant individuals to join our team as Auxiliary Police (Polis Bantuan) in Kuching, Sarawak. In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for our patrons, tenants, and staff.
As an Auxiliary Police officer, you will operate with professional authority to prevent crime, manage emergency situations, and provide a visible security presence within the mall premises. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the mall premises to ensure public safety and security.
- Monitor CCTV systems and manage security access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical incidents, fires, or security breaches.
- Enforce mall regulations and standard operating procedures to maintain order.
- Document all incidents accurately in daily security reports.
- Assist patrons and tenants with security-related inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Maintain and account for all issued security equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Malaysian citizen, aged between 18 and 35 years old.
- Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
- Physically fit with good vision and no physical disabilities.
- Clean criminal record and clear of any drug-related history.
- Previous experience in security, military, or uniformed bodies (Police/Army/RELA) is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in English is a plus.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a high level of integrity, discipline, and customer-service orientation.
