Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK) is seeking dedicated and disciplined individuals to join our professional security team as an Auxiliary Police Officer (Polis Bantuan) based in Ipoh, Perak. In this role, you will be the frontline of our security operations, ensuring the protection of company assets, personnel, and premises while upholding the highest standards of safety and integrity.
As a member of our Auxiliary Police force, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that require vigilance, physical fitness, and a strong sense of duty. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols and security monitoring of company premises to prevent unauthorized access and theft.
- Maintain law and order within the company's designated jurisdiction in compliance with police regulations.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activities.
- Monitor CCTV systems and manage security access control points for personnel and visitors.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain detailed duty logs.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Enforce company security policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Malaysian citizen, aged 21 to 40 years old.
- Possess at least an SPM qualification or equivalent; prior security or military experience is a strong advantage.
- Physically fit and medically healthy, meeting the requirements for auxiliary police duty.
- Clean criminal record and no outstanding disciplinary issues.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possess a valid motorcycle or driving license.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in English is an added advantage).
- Display high integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
