- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for central reference data management
- Govern and enhance enterprise master data assets across all business domains
- Implement robust data governance frameworks and quality control mechanisms

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Data Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in reference data governance and master data management
- Strong understanding of financial services data ecosystems
- Proven track record implementing data governance frameworks
- Experience with data quality tools and data integration technologies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certifications (e.g., CDMP, DAMA-DMBOK) preferred
