Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in market conduct investigations or regulatory compliance
- Deep expertise in Singapore's insurance regulatory landscape (MAS regulations)
- Proven track record of leading complex investigations in financial services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and market data
