Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new B2B leads for our cleaning service and facility management projects.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct client presentations and meetings to pitch our integrated facility management solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize company profitability.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, particularly in facility management, outsourcing, or cleaning services.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
