We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join PT Shangyang Technology Indonesia. As a leader in the cosmetic OEM/ODM industry, we are looking for a professional who can drive our expansion by identifying new market opportunities and nurturing key client relationships. This role is pivotal in increasing our market share and maximizing revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, demonstrating our high-quality cosmetic manufacturing and private label services. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our technical production capabilities and the commercial needs of our partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients within the cosmetic and personal care industry.
- Manage and grow existing Key Accounts to maximize retention and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective partners.
- Collaborate with the operations and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance for clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the cosmetic, FMCG, or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
