We are looking for a proactive and organized B2C Fulfillment & Logistics Staff to support our growing e-commerce operations. As part of PT Cravercorp Indonesia Wholesale, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will span the entire fulfillment lifecycle, from receiving incoming stock to dispatching final packages. You will also be responsible for managing the return process and maintaining accurate inventory records. We value efficiency and accuracy, and we are looking for a team member who can help us streamline our logistics workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily B2C order processing and fulfillment workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Handle product returns and exchanges with high accuracy and customer care.
- Ensure packaging quality and correct labeling for all outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Collaborate with the transport team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and regular stock audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) is a plus.
