Are you a passionate artisan baker with a flair for innovation and fluent in Mandarin? PT. Selaras Husada is seeking a talented Baker to join our dynamic team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will be at the heart of our product development process, bridging the gap between technical expertise and client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for conducting trials, developing new bakery applications, and performing high-level product demonstrations. We focus heavily on dairy, chocolate, and their derivatives, requiring a candidate who understands the science of baking and possesses the creativity to impress our diverse client base. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative bakery product trials focusing on dairy and chocolate applications.
- Perform professional product demonstrations for clients to showcase product versatility and quality.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to refine existing recipes and invent new, trending bakery concepts.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using our bakery ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and usage techniques to Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.
- Prepare detailed reports on trial outcomes, ingredient performance, and customer feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a professional baker or pastry chef, preferably with a focus on dairy/chocolate products.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to support our key client relationships.
- Strong understanding of baking science, ingredient functionality, and food technology.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate market trends into delicious, high-quality products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable performing live demonstrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
