Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and experiment with innovative bakery product recipes to keep our brand ahead of market trends.
- Execute high-quality baking processes while maintaining consistency in product texture, flavor, and presentation.
- Provide technical consultation and solutions to customers regarding product application and usage.
- Monitor food safety and sanitation standards strictly in compliance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to refine existing products based on customer feedback and market demand.
- Effectively communicate product specifications and baking techniques to Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Manage inventory levels of raw ingredients and assist in supply chain coordination as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a professional baker or pastry chef with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin is mandatory for this role.
- Strong understanding of baking science, ingredient functionality, and food chemistry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide professional customer support.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A creative mindset with a passion for culinary arts and innovation.
- Educational background in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or related fields is a plus.
