We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bakery Operations Supervisor to oversee our daily kitchen and production activities in Tangerang, Banten. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily bakery production activities to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of products.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and highly productive team environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw ingredients and packaging materials to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of kitchen equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for senior management regarding production output, waste, and staff performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a bakery, commercial kitchen, or food manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of bakery production processes, ingredient functionality, and inventory management.
- In-depth understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, or local BPOM regulations).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse kitchen team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage operational budgets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a bakery production schedule.
